液相色谱对酒精沼气耦联发酵样品过程分析

摘要 酒精蒸馏废液经过厌氧处理和资源化处理后,作为酒精发酵的配料水,无废水外排,形成了酒精沼气耦联发酵工艺。用液相色谱对耦联发酵工艺中发酵过程进行过程分析,旨在找出发酵样中麦芽糖、葡萄糖、木糖等变化趋势[1]。同时也对发酵样品中的乳酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸等进行测定,及时掌握几种酸的变化趋势,排除影响发酵的不利因素,来指导生产。 After anaerobic and resourceful treatment,alcohol distillation waste is discharged as the fermentation ingredients water,without waste water,forming the ethanol – methane coupling fermentation technique. We analyzed the process of coupling fermentation technique by liquid chromatography,in order to find out the changing trends of maltose,glucose,xylose,etc in the fermentation samples[1].At the same time lactic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid of fermentation samples were also determined,timely grasping the changing trends of several kinds of acid,and eliminating the negative factors influencing fermentation,in order to guide production.
