摘要
目前城市路桥工程项目后评价指标体系存在着诸多不足,其根本原因就是其理论基础不完善,没有形成完备的理论体系。这直接影响了城市路桥工程项目指标的量化,造成评价内容单一,可操作性小,间接影响了城市路桥工程建设的设计、优化与预测。本文通过分析其定义、内容、特点及评价原则,认为系统与控制理论、经济学理论和可持续发展理论是城市路桥工程项目后评价的主要理论基础,希望能对其后评价有一定的指导意义。
There are many inadequacies that the post-evaluation index system of the urban road and bridge projects,which the fundamental reason is the incomplete theoretical basis and did not form a complete theoretical system. This has a direct impact on the indicators quantization of the city road and bridge projects and lead to a single evaluation contents and a diminutive operability. It has an indirectly affect on the design,optimization and forecasting of the urban road and bridge construction,its definition,contents,features and evaluation principles were analyzed in the paper,which was considered that the main theoretical basis of the post-evaluation of the urban road and bridge projects was associated with the theory of systems and control,economic and the sustainable development. It will be desired to guide the the post-evaluation of the urban road and bridge projects.
