摘要
以水杨酰胺为原料,通过与光气直接高温回流反应得到水杨腈,并通过气相色谱确定了水杨腈含量大于98%,水杨酸胺等杂质残留在0.5%以下。反应具有选择性好、收率高、副产物少、后处理简单等优点,为下游产品嘧菌酯合成提供了质量保证。
Salicylnitrile was synthesized from the reaction of salicylamide with phosgene under reflux at high temperature.The purity of salicylnitrile synthesized from this method was above 98%and the impurity residue was below 0.5%analyzed using gas chromatography.This method has many advantages including good selectivity,high yield,few by-products and simple post-treatment.It provides high quality assurance for the synthesis of pyrimethyl ester.
