二苯乙烯分子中取代基对该类分子增白性能的影响-基于荧光增白剂分子设计的研究

摘要 基于探索荧光增白剂分子中结构与性能的关系。设计并合成了一系列二苯乙烯化合物,以棉布和涤纶为测试织物,研究了该类化合物的浓度和取代基对织物白度的影响,并采用SEM分析了化合物和测试织物纤维的作用。研究表明,二苯乙烯化合物在棉布和涤纶织物上的"泛黄点"浓度都较低,分别为0.08 g·L-1和0.04 g·L-1。当其中一个端基取代基为最大的供电子基,另一个端基取代基为最大的吸电子基时,织物白度最大,而当两个基团均为最大的供电子基或最大的吸电子基时,织物白度最小,该现象用取代基的相互作用进行了解释。同时,设计并合成了共轭链延长的二苯乙烯类化合物,并测试了其对棉布和涤纶的增白效果,结果证实了上述现象的可靠性。 To explore the relationship between structure and properties of fluorescent brightener.A series of stilbene compounds were designed and synthesized.The effects of the concentration and the substituent groups of compounds on the whiteness of the fabric were studied.The results show that the'yellowing point'concentration of stilbene compounds on both cotton and polyester fabrics are low,which is only 0.08 g·L-1 and 0.04 g·L-1,respectively.When one of the terminal substituent is the largest electron-donating group,and the other is the largest electron-withdrawing ones,the whiteness of the fabric is the largest.While when both groups are the largest electron-donating groups or the largest electron-donating groups,the whiteness of the fabric is the smallest.This phenomenon is explained by the cross interaction of substituents.At the same time,another stilbene compounds with longer conjugated chain were designed and synthesized,and their whitening effects on cotton and polyester were tested,which verify the above result further.
