某三级甲等医院专家门诊停诊原因分析与管理探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过分析某三级甲等医院专家门诊停诊原因,探讨规范专家门诊管理策略。方法运用帕累托法则对2016-11/2017-10月湖北省某三级甲等医院的专家门诊停诊原因进行排序,明确其主要原因。结果从专家门诊停诊占比来看,在职专家停诊占比高于退休专家。从履行停诊流程情况来看,外科专家临时停诊相对较多。从不同类别专家角度来看,在职专家停诊原因中休假、开会、出差、医疗队/义诊/会诊、事假的累计百分比为83.20%(956/1149);退休专家停诊原因中休假、病假、事假的累计百分比为92.31%(516/559)。结论医院应根据不同科室的停诊情况及不同类别专家的停诊原因,针对性地采取干预管理措施,合理调配专家资源,提高专家实际出诊率,满足广大患者就医需求。 Objective To analyze the reasons of suspending outpatient service of experts,and discuss the management strategies to standardize the expert outpatient service.Methods From November 2016 to October 2017,the reasons of suspending outpatient service of experts were ranked by Pareto principle in a gradeⅢlevel a hospital in Hubei province,and the main reasons were identified.Results The proportion of suspending outpatient service in on-the-job experts were higher than that in retired experts.From the procedure of suspending outpatient service,the surgical experts had more temporary suspension.From the perspective of different types experts,the cumulative percentage of vacation,meeting,business trip,medical team/free clinic/consultation and personal leave was 83.20%(956/1149)in on-the-job experts,the cumulative percentage of vacation,sick leave and personal leave was 92.31%(516/559)in retired experts.Conclusion The targeted intervention management strategies should be implemented according to different suspension reasons from different department and experts,and deploy expert resources rationally to raise the experts actual clinic rate and meet the medical needs of patients.
