摘要
根据地震灾害的特点,对灾情获取的手段进行了创新,利用无人机在空中航拍的优势,通过与指挥中心视频系统融合,实现无人机航拍画面实时传输到地震应急指挥中心,在震后为地震指挥中心的专家提供灾区实时的航拍资料。
the paper innovated the the means of obtaining disasters,based on the characteristics of earthquake disasters,By using the advantage of drone aerial photography,through the integration with the command central video system,the paperrealizes the UAV aerial image real-time transmission to the earthquake emergency command center,and provides real-time aerial data in disaster areas for earthquake experts.
