摘要
电力市场环境下的电网安全稳定运行问题是第39届国际大电网会议的一个热点问题。本文评介会议十分关注的电力体制改革对电网安全稳定的影响问题、电力市场环境下的电网动态安全评估和控制问题、电网安全运行风险管理问题以及调度误操作管理问题。介绍WG23/39-14有关电力市场环境下的电网安全运行风险管理的调查和分析结果。
The power system stability and reliability problem in competition market environment is one of the comment issues for the CIGRE session of2002.This paper introduces the subject focus on the development and changes in the power system stability and reliability by the changing environment and the method for the management of system operation risks and operational errors.The paper also introduces the results of a questionnaire survey and analysis about the enhancing system reliability by managing system operational risks within WG23/39-14.
