颗粒耐磨相对复合合金耐磨性影响的试验研究

摘要 介绍了复合合金技术在中速磨煤机中的应用。针对不同耐磨相碳化钨颗粒的配比 ,进行了复合合金耐磨性的研究 ,得出颗粒配比与耐磨性的关系曲线。研究结果对进一步提高磨煤机辊套的耐磨性。 The application of compound alloy technology in medium speed coal mills has been presented, and an experimental study on the wear resistance of compound alloy has been carried out according to the tungsten carbide particles' match in different antifriction phase. The correlation curves between particle's match and wear resistance are obtained. The experimental results have important significance for further increasing wear resistance of roller sleeves for the said coal mill and prolonging service life of medium speed coal mills.
