摘要
随着计算机性能的提高,系统总线频率的不断上升,使得高速电路的信号完整性分析变得尤为重要。本设计所使用的"龙芯2F"其主频最高已经达到1G,其内存总线对印制板布线质量有较高的要求。通过SPICE仿真工具对印制板走线进行模型仿真,将电路信号的完整性分析结果以电子图表或波形图本的方式直观地反映出来,最终通过仿真在PCB制板前纠正信号完整性错误,并对电路进行优化设计使硬件电路一次成功,以确保PCB信号质量。
With the upgrade of computer performance and the elevate of FSB-BUS frequency. It makes the signal-integrality analysis of high speed circuit important. The loongson2f used in this paper which Main-frequency is upto 1Ghz,and it’s memory-bus highly demands on PCB signals route-quality. This paper uses SPICE imitating-utility process the circuit-model imitation. Then reflect the circuit signal-integrality analysis results by electronic-chart or wave-drawing. Finally rectify the signal-integratio error before PCB manufactured ,and optimize the routing to insure the PCB signal quality.
