摘要
研究了气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩作为骨料制作低导热隔墙板。使用红外光谱测试仪检测气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩的疏水特性,以硅烷偶联剂作为结合层将气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩与胶凝材料结合。采用单因素试验和正交试验分析可再分散性乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素和高效聚羧酸减水剂对隔墙板导热系数和抗压强度的影响及其成因。制得隔墙板的导热系数为0.062 W/(m·K),抗压强度为4.39 MPa。
The properties of the insulation partition board with aerogel filled in expanded perlite as aggregate was studied.Hydrophobic properties of expanded perlite filled with aerogel was tested by infrared spectrometer,silane coupling agent was used as binding layer to combine cementitious material with aerogel-expanded perlite.Single factor and orthogonal test were applied to analyze the influence of redispersible latex powder,hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the partition board and the causes of formation.Thermal conductivity of the partition board was 0.062W/(m·K)and compressive strength of it was 4.39 MPa.
