聚丙烯纤维对快硬混凝土力学性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究复合掺合料对快硬混凝土力学性能的改善作用,将不同掺量的复合掺合料加入快硬混凝土中并进行抗压、抗折试验,发现10%左右掺量对混凝土的早期抗压强度,以及后期抗压、抗折强度的改善最为适宜。在此掺量条件下,加入适量的聚丙烯纤维对快硬混凝土早期抗压强度没有明显影响,但对后期的抗折强度影响较大,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%时,试件的4 h抗压、抗折强度较未改性试件分别提高了4.48%和12.73%,说明此掺量对试件抗折强度的提升作用最为明显。 In order to study the effect of composite admixture on the mechanical properties of fast hardened concrete,different admixtures were added to fast hardened concrete and subjected to compressive and flexural resistance tests.It was found that about 10%Compressive strength,as well as the late compression,the most appropriate improvement in flexural strength.Under this condition,adding the proper amount of polypropylene fiber has no obvious effect on the early compressive strength of fast-hardening concrete,but has a great influence on the flexural strength in the later stage.When the content of polypropylene fiber is 0.2%4h compressive strength,flexural strength than the unmodified specimens increased by 4.48%and 12.73%,indicating that the amount of the increase of the specimen flexural strength of the most obvious role.
