摘要
三网融合推动了电子政务的发展,而微博问政是电子政务衍生的一种适应新时期执政需要的政府官员的舆情获取与干预手段。我国电子政务和微博问政方兴未艾,它对社会主义民主制度建设有着十分重要的意义,同时还是对人的社会主体的尊重以及对主体性诉求的认肯。
With the development of e-government promoted by the integration of three networks,seeking advice from netizens on microblog—a means derived from e-government and accommodating to the governmental administration in the new era—is conducive to government officials' acquisition and intervention of public opinion.As the e-government and seeking advice from netizens on microblog is just in the ascendant in our country,it plays a very important role in the socialist democratic system construction,and meanwhile it is also a respect for humans' social subject and an identification of the appeal of subjectivity.
