摘要
目的:探讨农村糖尿病患者诱发糖尿病足溃疡的常见诱因及治疗护理对策。方法:回顾分析了我院2005年1月～2006年12月共41例来自农村糖尿病足溃疡患者的治疗和护理经验。结果:29例患者病情好转,出院时伤口均生出新生肉芽组织,2例转院,6例截趾(肢),4例自动出院,治愈率70.73%。结论:在良好的控制血糖的基础上,积极有效的全身和局部治疗加上心理护理可有效治愈糖尿病足,减少感染的发生,降低农村糖尿病足溃疡患者的截肢率。
Objective:Probe into the familiar cause and the nursing countermeasure about country diabetic that they stuffer from diabetic feet.Methods:Review and analysis the nursing experience about 41 diabetic feet ulceration country patients,they were in hospital from 2005.10 to 2006.12.Results:29 patients were well and outgrew the new acestoma,2 patients transplants transferred the other hospital,6 patients bitted off feet,4 patients left hospital on their own initiative,the rate of cure was 70.73%.Conclusion:Control the blood sugar well,partial treat and psychology nursing,reduce the infection,debased the rate of bitted off feet about diabetic feet ulceration country patients.
