摘要
早期农村公路要求快速通车,建设等级低,技术标准不完善,品质要求不严格,并往往疏忽交叉口的安全设计,农村经济的快速发展更是加剧了人-车-路之间的矛盾,本文通过对某地区农村公路平面交叉口的特性分析以及交叉口存在的问题:视认视距不足、交通标示设施不完善、相交道路设计车速差较大、路面损坏严重、交叉口设计不合理、驾驶员交通安全知识普及率低等问题进行研究,提出相应的解决措施如:清除视距三角面内障碍物,增设交叉口交通安全设施,照明设施,维修以及改建道路,加强对使用者的宣传教育等。
In the early days,the rural highway required rapid opening to traffic,low construction grade,imperfect technical standards,not strict quality requirements,and often neglected the safety design of intersections.The rapid development of rural economy aggravated the contradiction between people,cars and roads.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the rural highway intersection in a certain area and the problems existing in the intersection:insufficient sight distance,imperfect traffic marking facilities,large speed difference in the design of the intersection road,and serious road surface damage.The problems such as unreasonable design of intersection and low popularization rate of driver’s traffic safety knowledge are studied,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,such as removing obstacles in the triangle of sight distance,adding traffic safety facilities at intersection,lighting facilities,and so on.Repair and rebuild roads,strengthen publicity and education to users,etc.
