摘要
以FANUC-0i Mate数控系统为例详解了坐标系偏移与旋转指令的格式、应用场合、应用技巧及注意事项并结合实例在数控铣削编程中进行了实际应用,很好地解决了一些复杂机械零件加工难度大、编程复杂的困难。
According to the special structure of the parts, to use the mirror and rotate instructions to simplify the complex programming,It can complete the milling process of the parts easily and quickly.This paper takes the FANUC CNC system as an example, introduce the instruction format,application skills and the matters needing attention of G51.1, G52, G68, finally this paper explains that how to use these instructions in the practical application detailed.
