摘要
针对传统IGBT逆变器缓冲电路的工作原理,在Undeland缓冲电路的基础之上,提出一种改进型的缓冲电路结构,以适应高频逆变器发展趋势。利用Pspice仿真软件,检验改进型后方案可行性、有效性。
For works of traditional IGBT inverter snubber circuit, on the basis of traditional Undeland buffer circuit on the proposed structure of an improved buffer circuit, to meet the development trend of high-frequency inverter. Use Pspice simulation software, testing programs after the improved feasibility and effectiveness.
