摘要
本文针对现有钢丝绳损伤检测采用人工检查或定期换绳存在的效率低、成本浪费严重及安全性差等问题,设计了ZSC永磁性钢丝绳在线监测系统。采用漏磁与磁通的方法,利用漏磁测量钢丝绳内外部的局部缺陷,利用磁通测量钢丝绳金属横截面积的变化。试验结果表明,该系统能够有效检测与定位钢丝绳缺陷,检测精度达95%以上。
In this paper, rope damage detection against existing manual inspection or periodic change inefficient and wasteful costs and poor safety rope exist, designed ZSC permanent magnet wire rope line monitoring systems. Using magnetic leakage flux method, us-ing the rope to measure magnetic flux leakage outside the local defects, changes in the flux measurements using a metal cross-sectional area of the wire rope. The test results show that the system can effectively detect and locate wire rope flaw detection accuracy of more than 95%.
