摘要
为了比较"Imagery引导图像放松与深呼吸""PMR渐进式肌肉放松法与深呼吸"两种放松方法的效果,根据CSAI-2量表分析来自不同大学的3支足球队69名运动员的赛前阶段焦虑状态.大学生足球运动员被分配到Imagery组、PMR组和控制组,使用不同的精神放松方法经过6周的心理训练后完成测试.运用SPSS对3组数据进行分析,结果显示CSAI-2参数在不同群体之间有显著性的差异.Imagery放松方法比PMR松弛法更有效,表明教练可以使用Imagery放松法作为一种有效减少足球运动员竞争焦虑的心理训练方法.
To compare the effects of the two relaxation methods,imagery guided images relaxation and deep breathing,PMR progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing,the status of pre-competition anxiety of three football teams of sixty-nine athletes from different universities was analyzed based on CSAI-2 by using two different methods of relaxation after six weeks psychological training. College football players were assigned to the PMR,imagery,and control groups,and the participants completed the tests after 6 weeks of psychological training. Analyze data between the three groups( PMR,imagery and control) by SPSS. The results showed that there were significant differences in CSAI-2 parameters among different groups. The imagery relaxation method is more efficient than the PMR relaxation method. This shows that coaches can use imagery relaxation as an effective psychological training method to reduce the competition anxiety of football players.
