摘要
随着资源的不断消耗,传统农业的发展面临低效率、高成本等诸多问题,农业可持续发展面临巨大挑战。为了探究传统农业如何转型升级,笔者从农产品需求、农业生产效率、农业融资、农业生产的非标准化等方面分析了传统农业发展面临的问题,然后从技术进步、国家政策、土地流转、新型农业经营主体等方面研究"数字农业"在我国发展的现实基础,最后论述了利用"数字农业"对传统农业进行赋能、促进农业有效升级的方法。
With the continuous consumption of resources,the development of traditional agriculture is facing many problems,such as low efficiency,high cost,and so on.The sustainable development of agriculture is facing great challenges.In order to explore how to transform and upgrade traditional agriculture,the author analyzes the problems of traditional agriculture development from the aspects of agricultural production demand,agricultural production efficiency,agricultural financing and non-standardized issues of agricultural production,and analyzes the practical basis of'Digital Agriculture'development in China from the aspects of technological progress,national policy,land circulation and main body of new agricultural management.At last,the author describes the method of using'Digital Agriculture'to empower traditional agriculture and effectively promote the upgrade of agriculture.
