摘要
为了研究西藏小型猪对猪瘟病毒（CSFV）的敏感性,试验采用CSFV石门株1×105TCID50/头人工感染西藏小型猪后,研究CSFV感染猪体温变化、临床症状、血液CSFV核酸载量及组织/器官病理变化。结果表明:CSFV感染后第1天猪只体温超过40.0℃,感染后第2天猪只出现精神沉郁、食欲减退、便秘等临床症状;感染后第1天猪只血液中CSFV RNA含量为1×103.79copies/mL,感染后第7天CSFV RNA含量最高为1×108.58copies/mL,濒临死亡时保持在1×108.36copies/mL;CSFV感染后猪只组织/器官出现猪瘟典型病理变化,未感染猪组织/器官未发现异常。说明西藏小型猪对CSFV敏感,可作为CSFV感染的实验动物模型。
In order to understand the sensitivity of Tibet miniature pigs to Classical swine fever virus（ CSFV） infection,in this experiment CSFV Shimen strain was used to infect artificially Tibet miniature pigs at a viral dose of 1×105 TCID50 each. Body temperature changes,clinical symptoms,viral loads in blood and pathological changes of tissues and organs were studied in CSFV-infected pigs. Those results showed that the temperature of CSFV-infected pigs were over 40.0 ℃ on day 1 post-infection. Those clinical symptoms including mental depression,loss of appetite,constipation and others appeared on day 2 post-infection. CSFV RNA contents were 1 ×103.79 copies/mL and the highest 1 ×108.58 copies/mL on day 1 and 7 post-infection respectively,with viral load of 1 ×108.36 copies/mL before death. CSF typical pathological changes emerged in the tissues and organs of infected pigs,while no pathological changes were in the tissues and organs of non CSFV-infected pigs. Those results suggested that Tibet miniature pigs were sensitive to CSFV and could be used as an experimental animal model for CSFV infection.
