摘要
通过絮凝分布实验,确定了絮凝物的有效分布,主要分布在发酵液的上清和沉淀中,采用超声波法对沉淀进行破碎提取絮凝剂,并获得其最佳条件为F=40,T=10,R=4000。分别对上清液和沉淀中的絮凝剂采用乙醇沉淀法进行絮凝干物质的提取,每升发酵液可获得0.562g絮凝剂。
We determined effective distribution of flocs through flocculation experiment. Flocs were mainly distributed in the supernatant and sedimentation of fermentation liquid. We used ultrasonic method to crush sedimentation and extract flocculant and obtained the optimum condition for F =40, T =10, R =4000. We used ethanol precipitation method to extract flocculation dry matter from flocculant in supernatant and sedimentation.Each liter of fermentation liquid could get 0.562 grams of flocculant.
