摘要
中国石油股份公司构筑东北地区天然气管网,重点工程为大庆-哈尔滨输气管道。本项目管道起点双合首站位于肇东市德昌镇,终点哈尔滨末站位于双城市东官镇,文章对生态环境详细分析,确定生态影响的范围和强度,结合环境现状调查,分析项目对周围环境的影响程度,论证分析项目污染治理措施的技术可行性,生态恢复措施和补偿措施的合理性,提出需采取的环保措施和对策,从环保的角度分析项目的可行性。
The construction of natural gas pipeline network in Northeast China, the key project of Daqing-Harbin gas pipeline. The project pipeline starting point double the first station is located in Dechang town of Zhaodong City,Harbin terminal station is located in the east end point,the town of Shuangcheng City,the article detailed analysis of the ecological environment, determine the scope of ecological impact and strength,combined with the investigation of the present situation of environment,influence analysis of the project on the surrounding environment,demonstrates the technical feasibility analysis project of pollution control measures.The rationality of ecological restoration measures and compensation measures,put forward environmental protection measures and Countermeasures to be taken,the feasibility analysis of the project from the perspective of environmental protection.
