摘要
"一带一路"赋予地方高校教育国际化新内涵、搭建了地方高校教育国际化的平台并将推进地方高校教育国际化改革,成为地方高校教育国际化借势发展的重大历史机遇。地方高校自身还存在对"一带一路"国家教育思想与理念了解不深入和文化交流未给予足够重视的深层问题,与教育国际化的经费不足、教育国际化的管理经验缺乏、教育国际化的师资水平偏低和教育国际化的形式单一等一般性问题。地方高校借势"一带一路"发展教育国际化,需要通过深入研究"一带一路"国家办学思想与理念,开展多元化文化交流、多渠道筹措资金,保障国际化的经费投入、制订人才培养计划,打造高水平的国际化师资与管理人才队伍和丰富国际化的形式,加入"丝绸之路大学联盟"等路径来破解困局。
The Belt and Road Initiative has given new connotation to the education internationalization of local universities,as well as a platform for the education internationalization of local universities,and it will promote the reform of the education internationalization,which has become a significant historical opportunity for the developmentof local universities.They are still faced with the deep problems.What’s more,they also need to deal with the general issues like education funds inadequacy,lack of education internationalization management experience,the low level of teachers and the single form in the education internationalization.If Local universities take advantage of the Belt and Road to develop the education internationalization,they are necessary to take many measures to break the dilemma,such as deeply studying the educational ideas and concepts of the countries along the Belt and Road,carrying out diversified cultural exchanges,raising funds through multiple channels,guaranteeing international investment in funds,formulate personnel training plans,build a high level of international teachers and management talent team,enrich the form of educational internationalization and join the'Silk Road University Alliance',and so forth.
