摘要
采用高效液相色谱内标法定量测定茄呢醇的含量.采用4.6mm×25cm硅胶柱;V(正己烷)/V(异丙醇)=100:1的混合液为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min;维生素D为内标,紫外检测器检测,检测波长为210nm;ABS为0.04.样品检测线性范围为9~30μg;相关系数r=0.9992;回收率91.9%—102.4%;精密度RSD=2.93%.改进后的色谱条件检测范围宽,灵敏度高,重现性好.
The content of solanesol was determinated by internal standard method with HPLC. The column used was Zorbax SIL(4.6 mm×25 cm), The UV detector was set at 210nm. The eluate was a mixture of n-hexane and isopropyl alcohol(V(n-hexane)/V(isopropylalcohol)=100:1) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The results showed that the linear range was 9-30 μg, r=0.9992. The average recovery of solanesol was 91.9%-102.4 %. The relative stand deviation of accuracy was 2.93%.
