摘要
针对航海实际工作中最繁重的配载的问题 ,从优化配积载的角度提出了专家系统的概念 ,并运用模糊数学理论 ,对专家系统的构成及相关变量的求取 。
Stowing properly is very important, which is directly related to shipping safety and cargo quality, and plays key role in accelerating shipping turn arround, shortening shipment periods, enhancing economic benefit. Thus, the concept of Stowage fussy optimization ES is put forward.
