摘要
文章根据实地高程测量资料和调研结果,对大连市防风暴潮能力进行了分析,并结合目前大连市风暴潮预警报工作和应急响应机制现状,提出加强防潮设施建设、发挥预警报工作的作用、完善应急响应机制和加大宣传力度等方面的建议,为决策者提供参考。
The paper analyzed the storm tide prevention ability of Dalian City based on the height measurement data and research results from field work.Proposals to strengthen the tide preven-tion facilities,function the forecast and warning alarm,improve the emergency response mecha-nism and enhance the publicity were provided as the references for policy makers.
