摘要
针对弱刚性零件加工后变形,难以预先数字化描述,导致加工轨迹无法设置,造成数控设备的优势难以发挥等问题,提供一套弱刚性零件高效加工的可行性工艺解决方案,具体介绍了数控机床感知能力、分析能力、优化能力及去手工化工艺方法的研究,实现了薄壁壳体关键工序的一键式操作,减少人为干预点,提高了操作过程的可靠性,使零件的加工质量和生产效率有了明显的提升。
In view of the weak rigidity parts deformation after processing, diffi cult to make digital description in advance, the cutting trajectory cannot be set, which brings the problems such as the advantage of numerical control equipment is diffi cult to play.A set of feasibility of technology solution for weak rigidity parts high efficiency processing is provided, the numerical control machine perception ability, analytical ability, optimizing ability and method of research to remove manual process is conceretely introduced, to achieve one button operation of a thin-walled shell key process, to reduce human intervention, improve the reliability of the operation, make the parts processing quality and production effi ciency has the obvious improvement.
