摘要
新生儿胆红素脑病是导致新生儿脑损伤的常见病因之一,是由于间接胆红素的神经毒性导致基底节、脑干核团及其他神经组织受损,从而表现出不同的神经功能障碍。目前,对胆红素脑病导致的后遗症患儿尚无切实有效的治疗方法。神经干细胞研究的迅猛发展,为治疗胆红素脑病所致的脑损伤带来了新的希望。作者对神经干细胞移植在新生儿胆红素脑病的应用前景作一综述,以期寻求到新的治疗胆红素脑病的有效方法。
Neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy( NBE) is one of the common causes of brain injury in newborns,which is caused by the neurotoxicity of indirect bilirubin to the basal ganglia,brain stem and other nerve tissue damage,then shows different nerve dysfunction. At present,there is no effective treatment for the sequela of bilirubin encephalopathy. With the rapid progress in the study of neural stem cells,it brings new hope for the therapy of brain damage caused by bilirubin encephalopathy. This review will expound the application prospect of the neural stem cells transp-lantation in NBE,expecting to find a new effective method to treat bilirubin encephalopathy.
