摘要
目的:对虎眼万年青粗多糖的提取工艺进行优化。方法:采用水提醇沉的提取方法,以粗多糖的多糖含量为考察指标,通过单因素实验筛选出主要影响因素,分析料液比、提取次数、提取温度及提取时间对虎眼万年青粗多糖含量的影响。结果:单因素试验结果显示最佳料液比为1:25,提取次数为3次,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为3h。虎眼万年青粗多糖的多糖含量为9.79%。结论:该提取工艺操作简单,条件易于控制,为虎眼万年青的开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the process of polysaccharides extraction from Ornithogalum caudatum ait. Method: Water extraction and alcohol precipitation method was used to extract crude polysaccharide from Ornithogalum caudatum ait. Single factor experiment was used to screen the main influencing factors and the polysaccharide content was taken as the index. The impacts of solid-liquid ratio, extraction times, extraction temperature and extraction time on the content of crude polysaccharide from Ornithogalum caudatum Ait were analyzed. Results: Single factor experiment results showed that the best material liquid ratio was 1:25,the extraction times was 3, the extraction temperature was 90℃ and the extraction time was 3h. The polysaccharide content was detected to be 9.79%. Conclusion: The extraction process is simple and the condition is easy to control, which provide basis for the development and utilization of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait.
