摘要
脑血管疾病是发病率较高的一种疾病,严重危害人类健康。为提高药物血脑屏障透过率可将药物进行抗体修饰,本文针对这种新剂型,应用Elisa试剂盒检测制剂表面是否连接有转铁蛋白受体的单克隆抗体OX26,并测定OX26浓度。
Cerebrovascular disease is a higher incidence of a disease, it serious harm to human health. To increase the rate of drug through the blood-brain barrier, it can be modified with antibody, for this kind of new dosage forms, we used Elisa kit to test its surface if has Transferrin receptor monoclonal antibodies OX26, and test its concentration.
