摘要
目的:建立注射用脑蛋白水解物中氮含量测定方法的不确定度评定方法。方法:确定不确定度来源,建立数学模型。结果:通过计算各分量不确定度,最终得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.33%和0.7%。结论:本方法适用于凯氏定氮法中的不确定度评定分析,对于确定检测值的合理范围具有重要的参考意义。
Objective:To establish the method of uncertainty analysis for nitrogen determination in cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection. Methods:The factors affecting uncertainty was combined and a mathematical model was established. Results:The synthe-sized uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty was 0.33%and 0.7%respectively. Conclusion:This method is not only suitable to evaluate the uncertainty ,but also is important to evaluate the rational value of nitrogen content determined by the Kjeldahl nitrogen de-termination method.
