臭氧与人体皮肤油脂反应的研究进展

摘要 人体表面周围含有丰富的不饱和有机化合物,能与室内臭氧发生反应,导致人体周围挥发性有机物(VOCs)、半挥发性有机化合物(SVOCs)和二次有机气溶胶(SOAs)等反应产物的浓度升高。这些臭氧产物会对人体呼吸系统、心血管系统及皮肤产生刺激,其危害程度可能会超出臭氧对人体的危害。该文介绍了臭氧与人体皮肤油脂的反应过程及其对人体的潜在危害,对臭氧沉降速度与反应概率的实验研究进行了回顾与总结,讨论了现有研究中存在的问题,并对未来臭氧暴露研究方向进行展望。 The surface of the human body is abundant in organic compounds containing unsaturated carbon-carbon bonds,squalene and the fatty acids in skin oil,covering the human body,which can readily react with ozone.Ozone-initiated chemical reactions produce volatile organic compounds(VOCs),semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs),and secondary organic aerosols(SOAs).There is evidence that these reaction products have adverse effects on human skin,pulmonary function,cardiovascular function,and may even be more harmful than ozone itself.Firstly,this article focuses on the reaction between ozone and human skin oils and lists the main by-products and harms to human beings.Secondly,the experimental studies on ozone deposition velocities and reaction probabilities are reviewed in detail.Finally,the existing problems are discussed and direction of future research on ozone exposure is presented.
