摘要
高考改革是社会变革的子系统,处于上位的社会改革先行,才能拉动下位的高考改革跟进,次序不能颠倒。唯有解决面向未来的不安全感和不确定感,才能真正减轻高考竞争的压力。介于完美理性与现实可行之间的高考,更多的需要接地气、可行性,再完美、再理想的改革方案,如果在实践中遭到冷遇、出现问题,其生命力就会受到影响。高考改革属于复杂思维范式,不宜采用简单化和行政化的手段毕其功于一役,需要遵循高考的内在规律和人的成长规律,多向度、宽领域、系统化、整体性地予以解决,这样的改革才会更有温度、更富温情。
Gaokao reform,as a subsystem of social change,can be carried out only when reforms of the upper level have been launched and gone through.Moreover,only when people’s sense of insecurity and uncertainty facing the future has been eased,can the pressure of competition in gaokao be alleviated.Such being the case,the article holds that gaokao,as a compromise between perfect rationality and workable reality,needs to be more grass-rooted and practical.To be specific,gaokao as a complex thinking paradigm,needs to follow the inherent law of the inner rules of gaokao and the growth rule for human beings,rather than by following the ideas of succeess at the first try or a rush for quick result with only one effort.Only by means of a multi-dimensional,wide-field,systematic and holistic method,can the reform meet the needs of the all walks of life.
