摘要
质量评价是质量监控的基础。建立科学合理的质量评价体系是完善基础教育质量监控的客观要求。目前,高考成绩还是基础教育质量评价的核心指标,高考对基础教育的影响在相当长的时间内无法改变。我们应该深化高考改革,把高考对基础教育的直接的"指挥棒"作用转变成间接的"指南针"作用,正确发挥高考的导向作用,引导基础教育健康持续发展。
The quality evaluation is the basis of quality control,so it is an objective requirement for the quality control for fundamental education to establish a scientific and rational quality evaluation system.At present,the core indicator of quality evaluation in Gaokao in China is still the single index:the marks of Gakao,which has put negative effects on Gaokao reform.In this case,the author here holds that we should deepen the entrance examination reform by changing Gaokao’s role from "baton" to "compass",so as to play the useful role of Gaokao in promoting the health and sustainable development of fundamental education.
