摘要
在以社会公正理论的角度审视高校自主招生制度的同时,还对其进行了公正性解读。自主招生的政策初衰既保障了绝大多数学生的受教育机会,同时又在教育资源的分配中保持了一定张力, 为“偏才”“怪才”发挥潜力搭建了舞台,兼顾了公平与效率。但是,由于制度设计存在偏差,在“实然”和“应然”之间存在一定的距离。针对这一问题,给出粗线条的政策建议,以期高校自主招生制度能日臻完善、成熟,为高等教育的健康发展做出积极的贡献。
After analyzing the autonomous enrollment of higher education institutions from the perspective of social justice, the paper also reinterprets the justice in this system. Autonomous enrollment is originally intended to protect accessibility to education of the majority of students, maintain the strain in allocating the educational resources, provide opportunities for those students with special or irregular talents, and then guarantee both equity and effectiveness. Unfortunately, there still exists large gap between the ideal and the reality because of the deviations in institutional design. The paper puts forward some rough suggestions so as to improve the current autonomous enrollment and promote the healthy development of higher education.
