原料对餐厨垃圾堆肥产品的影响及其绿地应用适宜性分析 被引量:14

Effect of feedstock on food waste composts and their suitability for greenspace application

摘要 以果蔬残余(VW)、食物残余(FL)及混配餐厨垃圾(MIX)为原料,用生化处理机进行堆肥处理,分别测定比较堆肥产品的肥力特性和污染特性,并探讨其绿地应用适宜性。研究表明,总氮、总磷和有机质含量MIX>VW>FL,均值分别为23.8、3.88和525 g/kg,符合相关标准;重金属及可挥发性有机污染物含量很低,除FL产品的镍含量外均未超标;氯离子、动植物油含量均值分别高达11.1 g/kg和37.9 g/kg,施用于绿地时应控制用量;含水率、杂质含量较高,有臭味;种子发芽指数(GI)除MIX外均未达到50%。可见,原料对堆肥终产物有显著影响,VW比FL更适宜用于生产肥料,MIX产品比单一成分堆肥产品养分更均衡,毒性更低;餐厨垃圾肥料的绿地应用具有广阔前景,但需严格控制盐分及油脂含量,并改善堆肥工艺以提高产品质量。 In the experiment,the feedstock of vegetable waste( VW),food leftovers( FL) and mixture materials(MIX) was composted into three kinds of compost products by organic waste bio-treatment device,respectively. The fertility property and pollution property of these three products were measured and compared to each other. Also,their suitability for greenspace applications was discussed. The research shows that the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and organic matters are up to 23. 8g /kg,3. 84 g /kg and 533 g /kg,respectively,the nutrient contents all reach the relevant standards. Except the Ni concentration of FL,the concentrations of heavy metals and VOCs are very low and not higher than the standard levels. Their contents of chloridion and lipid are up to 11. 1 g /kg and 38. 0 g /kg,respectively,so the dosage should be controlled to a low level when the food waste composts are used as fertilizers. Moreover,their moisture and impurities are high,with rotten odours. Except MIX product,their GI does not reach to 50%. In conclusion,the feedstock has a significant effect on the quality of food waste compost products,VW is more suitable to be produced into fertilizers than FL.In addition,the mixed compost has more comprehensive nutrients and lower toxicity. Accordingly,the food waste composts have extensive greenspace application prospects in the near future. However,the salt and lipid content of these products must be controlled strictly and the quality of composting needs to be improved.
