摘要
基于网络报道,对截至2015年9月的全国100多座城市(区)的餐厨垃圾管理情况进行了信息搜索和汇总整理,由此对国内餐厨垃圾管理规定、各省市餐厨垃圾处理能力、国内餐厨垃圾处理设施整体建设进度、餐厨垃圾处理工艺技术应用、不同项目的建设投资进行了统计分析,并从设施建设、收运体系、监管体系、收费制度4个方面对国内餐厨垃圾管理的发展趋势进行了展望。
By searching plenty of online reports,food waste management information of more than 100 cities in China by the end of Sep. 2015 was summarized in advance. Based on those statistics,the domestic regulations on food waste management,food waste treatment capacity in different provinces,overall process of food waste infrastructure construction,application of different food waste treatment technology,and investment of different food waste construction projects were analysed. At last,the development trend of food waste management was given from the following aspects: infrastructure construction,collection and transportation system,supervision system and charge system.
