摘要
为解决化工集中区污水处理厂现有流程处理效果差、出水超标的问题,对厂内原水及生化系统出水进行全面的水质特征分析,发现原水中含有大量卤代、含硫的杂环化合物,且出水中含有大量难生物降解的多环芳烃类物质及其分解产物。结合现场试验结果,在生化系统前增加臭氧氧化工艺,提高废水可生化性,生化系统后采用粉末活性炭吸附再生工艺,使最终出水完全达到DB 32/939—2006《化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》中一级排放标准。
Currently,poor treatment efficiency and higher effluent quality over standards occurred in the wastewater treatment plant of centralized chemical engineering area. According to the analytical results of wastewater quality at influent and effluent of bio-system,certain amount of heterocyclic compounds containing sulfur or halogenated in the raw water was observed. After the biochemical system,the effluent still contained a lot of polyaromatic hydrocarbons and their breakdown products.Combined with field test results, ozone oxidation process before the biological system could enhance wastewater biodegradability. Powdered activated carbon adsorption and regeneration system as post treatment could make the final effluent quality meet the first stage in provincial discharge standard of main water pollutants for chemical industry( DB 32 /939—2006).
