摘要
介绍了湖南衡阳钢管集团有限公司钢渣处理工艺的设计。运行实践表明,该系统设计完善,工艺技术先进,投资相对较少,运行成本低,运行效果稳定,处理后的钢渣实现了综合利用,其环境效益、经济效益和社会效益显著,值得推广。
This paper introduces the technological design of steel slag treatment in Hunan Hengyang Steel Tube Group Co.,Ltd.It is proved by practice that the steel slag treatment system has perfect design,advanced process,less investment,low operation cost and stable operation effect.The treated steel slag can be reused in steel-making mill.The comprehensive utilization of steel-slag is fully achieved with obvious environmental,economic and social benefits.This system is worth popularizing
