摘要
采用高温固相反应法,以CaF2、ZrO2、TiO2和CeO2为基料,进行了含铈钙钛锆石陶瓷固化体的合成。结果表明:1320℃的烧制温度下,可合成性能良好的含铈钙钛锆石陶瓷固化体;采用XRD、SEM等分析方法,证实了钙钛锆石对CeO2的最大包容量不超过25%;固化体中铈的浸出率在10-8cm/d的量级。
Using CaF2,ZrO2,TiO2 and CeO2as solidification agent,zirconolite is developed by high temperature solid-state reaction successfully.The optimal temperature for formation of the desired zirconolite phase is 1320℃.The configure and performance of solidification form are studied by XRD and SEM.The results indicate that cerium can be better solidified to zirconolite ceramic form,up to 25% with the form of CeO2.The leachability of cerium from solidification form is 10- 8cm /d.
