摘要
根据目前钢渣热闷生产过程中存在爆炸事故的风险,结合工程设计实践经验,设计了一种适用于钢渣热闷过程中在线可燃气体监测报警装置,介绍了系统各部分的组成。该系统已在实际应用中得到良好的效果,为生产实践提供有利指导。
According to current explosion accident that often occurs in steel slag hot stuffy productive process,this paper introduces a combustible gas detection and alarm device for steel slag hot stuffy process,and also the composition of each part of the system,by which good results are got in practical application.The research provides advantageous guidance for practical production.
