摘要
机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发装置简称MVR,是一种节能较好的蒸发方式,应用于化工、食品、制药、海水淡化、污水处理等领域。但运行中存在蒸发器始端布液不均、末端积料厚、设备腐蚀结垢等问题。针对传统MVR装置存在的不足,对装置结构进行优化改进,取消了传统MVR装置的汽水分离器,将蒸发换热器与蒸汽压缩机设计成一体化装置,采用垂悬式薄膜换热器,设计了处理能力12t/d的内置式MVR装置,研究结果表明,装置紧凑占地面积小、系统热损失小,处理含盐废水的脱盐效果好,回收率高。
The mechanical vapor recompression evaporating device( MVR),is a way of evaporation with good energy-saving effect,mainly used in chemical,food,pharmaceutical,water desalination,sewage treatment and some other fields. While problems such as liquid uneven distribution in evaporimeter top,material accumulation on the evaporimeter bottom,and equipments corrosion usually teke place. In view of the insufficiency of traditional MVR device,the device structure is improved. The traditional steam separator is cancelled,and the evaporation heat exchanger and steam compressor are designed into one integrated device. The hanging film heat exchanger is adopted. The designing capacity of the built-in MVR device is12 t /d. The results show that the device is more compact and less in heat loss. The desalting effect and recycle rate when treating saline wastewater is high.
