摘要
利用热重分析和动力学分析全面探究了煤矸石复合型添加剂对城市生活垃圾热解的影响,分析结果表明:添加煤矸石复合型添加剂可以在一定程度上提高城市生活垃圾热解的效率。更进一步地,研究了煤矸石复合型添加剂的添加对热解产物,特别是气体组分产量的影响,发现添加煤矸石复合型添加剂可以提高气体组分的产量。煤矸石复合型添加剂对H2、CO以及CH4产气速率的影响十分显著,添加800℃活化煤矸石复合型添加剂,热解气中的H2产气速率提高最快;添加500℃活化过的煤矸石复合型添加剂,热解气中的CO产气速率提高最快;添加1 000℃活化过的煤矸石复合型添加剂,热解气中的CH4产气速率提高最快。
To investigate the effects of gangue compoumd additive on pyrolysis of municipal solid waste(MSW) thoroughly,thermogravimetric analyses and pyrolysis kinetic studies were carried out.Thermogravimetric analyses showed that gangue compound additive could improve the efficiency of pyrolysis in a certain extent.Futhermore,the effect of gangue compound additive on pyrolysis product yields and compositions of gaseous products were also investigated.Gangue compound additive could improve the yield of gaseous compositions.And influences of gangue compound additive on gas generation rate of H2,CO,CH4 and CO2 were apparent.With activated gangue compound additive calcined at different temperature of 500 ℃,800℃,1 000 ℃ respectively,the gas generation rate of CO,H2 and CH4 were improved obviously.
