摘要
采用升流式BAF预处理微污染水,研究了接种挂膜和自然挂膜下挂膜时间、生物量及其形态特征,以及自然挂膜下不同水利负荷、气水比和进水温度等因素对各污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明:接种挂膜可以加快系统启动,比自然挂膜减少1周左右,且生物量较多;成功挂膜后,两种挂膜方式下的微生物形态和特征基本相同;在水力负荷、气水比和进水温度分别为3 m3/(m2·h)左右、1∶1和10~14℃以上时,系统可取得对各种污染物较为理想的去除效果。
The micro-polluted water was pretreated by UBAF.The biofilm formation time,the biomass and the biofilm characteristics were studied under the natural biofilm formation and inoculated biofilm formation,and the removal effect of pollutants was discussed under the different hydraulic loading,air-water ratio and water temperature.The results showed that the inoculated biofilm formation could shorten the start-up time and the start-up time was shorted by about seven days compared with the natural biofilm formation,and the biomass was also greater.The biofilm morphology and characteristics were similar under the two different biofilm formation methods during the stable operation of the systems.The BAF technology was effective on the removal of pollutants when hydraulic loading,air-water ratio and water temperature were 3 m3/(m2·h),1∶1 and above10 ~ 14 ℃ respectively.
