基于正交试验直积法的曝气池柔性设计

FLEXIBILITY DESIGN OF AERATION TANKS BASED ON THE CROSS-PRODUCT METHOD OF ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENTAL

摘要 为了设计出能够应对水质水量等不确定性参数变化的污水处理过程,提出了一种基于正交试验设计直积法的曝气池柔性设计方法。该方法用正交表分别安排不确定性参数和控制参数,用直积法进行分析计算,通过分析柔性瓶颈寻找改进设计方案的策略。从案例研究可以看出:用传统的设计方法设计出的曝气池在水质水量等不确定性参数的变化范围内,可能存在着无法正常运行的情形,而用该方法有助于避免这一缺点。 In order to obtain sewage treatment processes which could cope with the changes in the uncertainty parameters such as water quality and quantity,an approach to flexibility design of aeration tanks was proposed on the basis of the cross-product method of orthogonal experimental design. In the approach,the uncertain parameters and the control parameters were arranged by using orthogonal arrays,respectively. The analysis and calculation were accomplished with the cross-product method. The strategies for improving flexibility designs could be found out by analyzing the flexibility bottlenecks. The aeration tanks using traditional design method might be unable to operate normally in the various range of uncertainty parameters such as the quality and quantity of wastewater,while the proposed approach can help to avoid such shortcomings.
