带网络通信和BP补偿的红外温度监控系统设计

摘要 针对传统手持式红外温度测量设备无数据上传功能、测量精度低的问题,提出一种基于MLX90614红外温度传感器的温度监控系统。该系统具备网络通信功能,可将测量数据实时传递至由电脑建立的TCP服务器。因红外传感器测量精度易受环境温度影响,提出基于BP神经网络的补偿校正方案,将环境温度和红外实测温度作为输入,高精度温度传感器实测值作为输出来训练网络。实验表明:该系统能实时上传数据,精度比市面上的同类产品高1倍以上。 Considering the lack of data upload and poor measurement accuracy of traditional hand-held infrared temperature measuring equipment, a temperature monitoring system based on MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor was proposed. The system has the function of network communication which can transfer the measured data to the TCP server established by the computer in real time. Regarding the measurement accuracy of infrared sensor easily-affected by ambient temperature, a compensation and correction scheme based on BP neural network was proposed, in which, having the ambient temperature and infrared measured temperature taken as input and the measured value of high-precision temperature sensor as output to train the network. Experimental results show that, the system can upload data at real time with the accuracy twice than that of similar products in the market.
