摘要
针对气固两相流流速测量设备在开发和应用时会出现各种问题的情况,利用电脑声卡、Matlab软件和研制的信号接入板设计了电厂风粉两相流流速校验系统,并在某电厂微波法测流量的实验台上进行了应用。结果表明:校验系统经济、便捷、简单可行,能够满足电厂风粉两相流流速校验和故障检测要求。同时校验系统对气固两相流测量设备的检测、维护、校验有广泛的工程实用价值。
Regarding matters bothering the development and application of gas-solid flow velocity measurement equipment,having computer sound cards,Matlab software and the signal access board employed to design a calibration system for pulverized coal and wind velocity measurement in a power plant was implemented and applied in a microwave measurement method-supported experimental platform. The testing results show that this calibration system can satisfy both check and fault detection of pulverized coal and wind velocity in the power plant because of its simple structure and low cost; and it has practical significance to the detection and maintenance as well as the checking of gas-solid flow velocity measuring equipment.
