一种风扇型包层结构的大模场光子晶体光纤 被引量:1

摘要 为满足化工领域中光纤气体传感器、光纤液位传感器和高功率光纤激光器、放大器的设计需求,提出一种风扇型包层结构的大模场光子晶体光纤。仿真分析其空气孔间距和空气孔直径对光纤性能参数的影响,结果表明:该光纤能够在1.3~2.0μm工作波长下进行单模传输,并可获得104μm2量级的超大模场面积,且其有效模场面积随波长的变化呈现出平坦的特性;同时,该新型结构大模场光子晶体光纤具有多零色散点。 In order to satisfy the design demand for high power fiber laser,amplifier and sensing head of the fiber-optic gas sensor and fiber-optic liquid level sensor applied in chemical industry,a large mode photonic crystal fiber with fan-type cladding structure was proposed. Simulating and analyzing the influence of air hole's pitch and diameter on the optical fiber specifications show that this optical fiber can implement singlemode transmission at a 1. 3 ~ 2. 0μm wavelength and it can obtain a 104μm2super large mode area which changes with wavelength and boasts flat characteristics. This large mode area photonic crystal fiber has multizero dispersion points.
