摘要
介绍了一种基于小波变换的旋转机械振动测试系统的设计方案,该系统不但可以对振动信号进行快速傅里叶变换实现频谱分析,而且还能够通过Lab VIEW对Matlab Script节点的调用实现小波变换,弥补了频谱分析中缺少时间信息的不足;与传统的机械故障诊断系统相比,该系统的处理分析功能更加强大,而且更容易操作。
The wavelet transform-based vibration testing system design scheme for rotating machinery was introduced. Compared to the traditional mechanical fault diagnosis system,this system boasting of easier operation and powerful analysis function can realize spectrum analysis of the vibration signal and invoke Matlab Script nodes to realize wavelet transformation through Lab VIEW so as to make up for the lack of time information in spectral analysis.
