摘要
以硅藻土为原料,添加TiO2,加入活性氧化铝改性剂,并通过添加其他助剂,制备了活性氧化铝/硅藻土/纳米TiO2功能涂料。在自制环境试验箱中研究了该涂料对空气中甲醛的净化功能。考察了功能涂料中活性氧化铝含量、反应时间、光照条件和TiO2含量等因素对甲醛降解率的影响。结果表明:活性氧化铝和TiO2质量分别为硅藻土质量40%和10%的功能涂料,在自然光照条件下,甲醛初始进样量为5μL,反应36h时,该涂料对甲醛的降解率可达94.08%。
Reactive alumina/diatomaceous earth/TiO2 functional coatings were prepared by using diatomaceous earth and TiO2 as raw materials.Reactive alumina and other additives were added to the composite to improve its purification performance.The property of formaldehyde purification was investigated in environmental test chambers.The effect of alumina amount,purification time,light condition and TiO2 content on purification rate were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of alumina/diatomaceous earth and TiO2/diatomaceous earth were 40% and 10%,respectively,and initial formaldehyde amount was 5μL,the purification rate of formaldehyde could up to 94.08%under natural sunlight after 36 hrs.
